Our products
We sell authentic Rudraksha sourced from Dingla in the Arun Valley. Each bead is a natural seed, so size, colour, and appearance can vary slightly from photos. We do not make medical claims.
Orders and payment
This website is a catalogue. An order is confirmed only after we accept it by email, phone, or WhatsApp and you complete the agreed payment. Please do not send payment until we confirm the total, including shipping.
Shipping
We ship from Nepal. Delivery times depend on destination and customs. Import duties and taxes in your country are your responsibility. Please give us a complete and accurate shipping address.
Returns
You may cancel an unconfirmed order at any time. After payment, unused items may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery if they are in original condition. Custom malas, energised pieces, and items used in ritual cannot be returned, except where the law requires it. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
